I had a terrific experience here recently. My daughter's car had a bad exhaust leak, and they got us in there quickly. The new Catalytic converter was shipped in the next day, and they fixed it. The manager, Robert, was great to deal with, had perfect communication, and even showed me directly on the car what was wrong. I do a lot of my own work, however some things I'm just not interested in wrenching anymore, so ill definitely be back!

When I went to Meineke Car Care Center to have my car fixed they said they would need to order a part and quoted me the price of it. When I returned to have the work done I was pleasantly surprised to find the bill was a good bit lower than what had been quoted. They had found the part on sale and had factored the sale price into my bill. I really appreciated it!

Took my truck there for a transmission issue. They discussed options, provided pictures. In the end I did not get my repairs done there because of their advice to take it back to the dealer as they felt it to be covered under warranty. I have no doubt they could’ve done the repair but instead of taking my money, they looked out for a customer. Great service, communication, and time management.
