Excellent quality work, professional, honest and very fair prices. They do not try to sell you what you do not need. They work in the best interests of their customers. When repairs are needed, they do quality work at reasonable prices. They also take the time to explain what is happening, why something is or isn't a problem and to discuss with you the best solution to YOUR specific case. They help you decide not only if a repair is needed, if it is needed immediately or down the road, the different options and also which repairs might not be worth the cost to repair, such as with an older, high mileage vehicle that you may not be keeping for a long time. They are honest and tell you what will make a difference in the reliability and best workings of your vehicle and what will be the most cost effective solution for your needs. We have been customers of McKeefry Auto for years and have taken for granted the quality of work, professionalism and honesty received. It was emphasized to us when our son went to school hours away and when taking his car for a simple oil change was told the vehicle needed significant and expensive repairs. Gary and Susie were extremely helpful in helping us determine what was exactly needed. From pictures of the "supposed damage", they were confident that the suggested repairs were not called for. We brought the vehicle back and Gary came in on his day off to check it out. His thoughts were accurate and upon inspection confirmed that the repairs were not needed. This saved us literally thousands in unnecessary repairs. This automotive shop is fantastic! I have been bringing my car (and all cars I'm thinking about buying) there for years. They are honest, reliable, straightforward, and the receptionist is very knowledgeable and friendly. They are accurate on pricing and willing to explain car mechanics if you don't understand the repair (like myself :). If you're a regular, they warn you of upcoming repairs if they see them and estimate how long until it will be needed (For example, I've been warned about my brakes 6+ months in advance so I could start planning it into my budget). They are never looking to take advantage of you. I've been in there so many times because I drive an older car, and I almost consider them my friends now. They're such a blessing.

This is the best automotive shop I have ever been to, and I will never bring my cars anywhere else. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure you understand what is going on with your vehicle and what the options are. They are honest and charged me much less than quotes at other shops. They even did a whole bunch of background research on my car for no charge at all. I love this place and I'm so thankful that I was able to find honest people.
