They have a bunch of awards for customer service on their wall, and you can tell they earned it. I've had two issues pop up. One from the dealer side, one from the service side, and both were handled promptly by the service team. I switched this year, and i came from a place that would take days to week to get me in. The Kia team has always felt easy to get in, and they even got my car done in a snowstorm.
