If you're going here to purchase parts for your vehicle, I'd try somewhere else first. Today I had to pick up a couple of small items for my employer. I get to the parts counter, and the chair is empty. The cashier apparently thinks her job is to sit on her chair, even if she's not busy. She just said "someone will be with you in a minute", she was too busy doing nothing to open a door, and tell a parts dept. person that I was there. After waiting 10 minutes, someone finally showed up. Saw from my uniform where I was from, and gave me one item. I called the shop, and confirmed the part number, and was told there was a second piece. Guy had already disappeared into the back, so I waited for another ten minutes for someone to show up, because, once again, cashier girl has better things to do than notify her co-workers. Like play on her cell phone. Then when guy finally comes back, he acts annoyed I'm still there, and then can't find the other part for almost five minutes. Why both parts for the same customer weren't together, I don't know. If this is how they feel about a commercial account ( Auto + ), I wouldn't want to be a regular customer. You'd be better off trying another Dodge dealership that keeps their parts counter staffed.

Horrible experience! I booked an appointment for Wednesday 10:30am. Today is Thursday at 1:35pm and I just hung up with my service advisor Ben, who told me NOTHING has been done to my car and if I leave it there it won't even be looked at until Monday or Tuesday! I was only getting an oil change, brakes CHECKED, and a diagnostic check for the engine & ABS lights being on. When I dropped the car off yesterday, all I was told was they may not get to the car THAT day... never anything about THAT WEEK. They were sure to tell me how they would be charging $144 per item/light they checked despite the fact the vehicle is connected 1 time to 1 diagnostic machine and all codes provided for all lights on. (I guess they bank on people not knowing that.) I told them to cancel and i'd be coming to pick up my 2019 Jeep Cherokee. I'm not going to be overcharged for mediocre and especially slow work from service workers who don't seem to care about inconveniencing customers. It's simply sad for a dealership to behave like this.
