I brought my car (2014 yellow VW Beetle Convertible) to the Piazza Collision center for repairs following a fender bender. Leaving your car with strangers can be a nail-biting experience, but the team at the Piazza Collision center made the experience pleasant from the first day I dropped off my car. I'm so disappointed that I failed to note everyone's names. Two women greeted me when I came to drop off my car on 1/16/2023. Both were very friendly and made me feel comfortable with leaving my vehicle. Piazza Collision offered a time frame for when the repairs would be finished, and they appeared to work hard to meet the deadline. When I was called to pick up my car, my Lady was all washed and cleaned, and the auto body specialist (I believe his name if Geoff) who worked on my vehicle was pleased to show off the fantastic job that he had done on her. It doesn't look as if my car was ever in an accident. And that's always the goal... I am happy with my repairs, and I am pleased with the team that worked to make Lady look as good as new. I was under the impression that you can't go wrong with the dealerships collision shop, I was wrong, lesson learned. I brought in my car for a side panel repair and it got done in about three weeks time, fine with me. When I went to pick up the car is when the problems started. There was dust all over the steering wheel and dashboard and when proceeded to clean it off I noticed there were scratches all over the plastic by the ignition key hole. When I confronted the manager about it, he said it wasn't his guys, and when I pressed on further he said he will order the new part for me. Two days later I got to put something in my trunk and that's when I noticed debris everywhere in the trunk that wasn't cleaned off. I will be contacting Honda in the morning to see if there is anything that can be done about it. Overall, this is kind of a nightmare. You already got into an accident, you want your new car repaired to the way it was and you receive it in a dirtier condition, don't waste your time coming here. It's very disappointing that a big dealership like Piazza Honda is associated with this collision shop, I will not be taking my car here for any further service because they have completely lost my trust.

If this is Piazza Auto Collision, this place and the people there meet what I consider great customer service practices. They are able to give directions to their location, they are eager to make you feel comfortable after you arrive and l believe they are genuine in their efforts. Anything else, what would you expect? l don't look for anything else. I have been there twice, for service to my auto. The first time they were kind to me, the second time the were kind to me again. The work on my car was very good, no complaints, l have no worries, l would go there again and again if l need them. My auto looks the way l like it, gorgeous! Love the people and the place!
