I recently had an encounter with the men working here. My car got stuck on “coming soon” light pole painted white & covered in snow.They came out aggressively angry, insulting my intelligence. John. Called the police because I suggested having a cone covering the concrete or parking his truck there so no one else did it what i did. He said “no congratulations you’re the first person who’s ever done this” The police came within 5 minutes the same time as the tow truck. They talked to me & the cops were very kind saying it was easy to miss. Moral of the story. They were very rude & aggressive for a simple mistake. I can’t even imagine their service if I would have asked them to just charge me for them to help get my car out. How much they would’ve messed it up to make an extra buck. 0/10.

Called and asked if they could test my battery for me because I’ve been having problems starting my car, said I was even willing to pay for something most places don’t charge. The guy was very rude and hung up on me not even offering a time in the future. Horrible customer service

I visited this shop as a walk in customer when I had found my car with a flat tire. They were able to help me get back on the road same day. Excellent service at a great price. Very helpful, friendly, and trustworthy people. I actually got a second flat within a couple of days after they had fixed my first flat. Had a great experience the second visit as well.

Would give zero stars if I could. My car ended up being towed here, when I called the next business morning to see if my car had been looked at the guy who answered was very rude acted as if it was MY fault he couldn't service my vehicle and that I was the one inconveniencing HIM. Then he demanded I get my car towed from his lot as quickly as possible. I get that he needs the space for cars he can service, but don't blame a customer HIS equipment not working. Who does that?? Don't bother with this place.

Not only incompetent, but dishonest. They will give you an outrageous price and then berate your ignorance if you question their analysis, which is usually ludicrous. Only when you present them with undeniable proof of their scams do they relent. I am an SAE mechanic and now an automotive writer who tested the waters of car repair, so to speak, in the metro Detroit area. These guys were not at the bottom of our lists; they manage to find depths of cheating, ignorance, and arrogance I though were long gone from auto repair.
