Matt broke off two bolts in our water pump, caused leaking which is now costing us $500.00 and were out of a vehicle until it's fixed. We have 5 kids to cart around and he was "family" so if you can't trust him as "family" I wouldn't trust him otherwise. Steer clear as the gentlemen below me said.

Buyer Beware - Do not be fooled by low pricing and convience. Car was not diagnosed correctly and made it worse than before. I recommend to steer clear. Get your car repaired from a reputable business.
