LIBERTY BELL TOWING

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Nick from Bell Liberty Towing last night. My car died on me unexpectedly, leaving me stranded and stressed. Nick arrived promptly and immediately put me at ease with his friendly and kind demeanor. The weather was bitterly cold, and I was incredibly grateful when he offered me a warm seat in his truck while he prepared my car for towing. This simple gesture was a lifesaver! During the tow, Nick was incredibly helpful. He recommended a mechanic, and while I already had one in mind, I appreciated his willingness to offer advice and ensure I wouldn't be taken advantage of. Even more impressively, after dropping off my car (just 7 minutes from my home), since he had no other calls, Nick generously offered to drive me home, saving me the cost of an Uber and waiting outside in a deserted area alone. Since my insurance dispatched them, once my car made it to its destination he had no other obligations to me. But it was greatly appreciated that he wanted to make sure I was safe. In a moment of distress, having someone as kind, informative, and helpful as Nick was truly invaluable. He went above and beyond, turning a potentially terrible experience into something manageable. I highly recommend Nick and Bell Liberty Towing to anyone in need of roadside assistance!

Horrible company, AAA outsourced to this company Liberty Bell Car care and Towing to tow my car to the dealership. I have been waiting for 6am until now which is 10:28am and no one ever showed up. I called several time to check the status but keep be told 30 mins away, 45 mins away, 30 mins away, then after 3 hours of waiting I was told the truck broke down smh and they will be here between 10-10:15am. This company is a liar and never scheduled anyone to pick my car. I have been sitting the side of the road for 4 hours and half now….I called Honda Roadside assistance to file a complaint against the company. Honda Roadside Assistance said they will be here in another 40mins smh. Liberty Bell Towing only provide an update once throughout the almost 5 hour wait. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL, not honest and simply doesn’t care about the customers time. 10:35am Oh and I am still waiting for someone to show up. Smh

I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews because I’ve never had a problem with Liberty Bell Towing for years I've been using them. They’ve always been reliable and professional whenever I’ve needed help. Great service every single time!

Truck sits outside their building every evening and idles for hours on end. Emissions are literally spewing out (see video near the light) constantly it’s disgusting and so wasteful.

My insurance company dispatched this towing company to pick up my car. Wait time was estimated to be long. Which I understand. I wanted them to tow the car to my dealership because I had warranty coverage there. The tow company tried to convinced me to have the car tow to there shop instead. Why try to make money off some else misfortune?
