If I could give 10 stars I would. Patrick took care of everything for me. They gave me a great rental on the spot and when I picked up my car I had to double take because it looked better then when i came out of Nissian with it!!! Simply amazing! I wouldn't go anywhere else but Bams!! By far thee absolute BEST!!!!!!

Exceptional Service at BAM Autobody I recently had the pleasure of working with Bam Autobody in Ozone Park, Queens, and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. From start to finish, Patrick and Rob, the owner, provided unparalleled service that truly went above and beyond my expectations. Patrick was incredibly helpful in navigating the entire process following my accident. He took care of everything, including arranging a car rental right from his office, which was a huge relief during a very stressful time. Patrick was always available to answer my numerous questions and provided daily, sometimes even hourly, updates. His dedication and commitment to ensuring I was well-informed and comfortable throughout the process were remarkable. Whenever Patrick was busy, Rob the owner stepped in seamlessly, ensuring there was no gap in the high level of service I was receiving. The teamwork and communication at Bam Autobody are truly commendable. Today, I got my car back, and it literally is brand new. Bam’s is a great body shop that offers an overall great experience during a time that may be difficult. I have been dealing with them for years and every experience has been great. The service is always excellent and my car always looks brand new. The quality of their work is top notch. They make it such an easy process from start to finish. I highly recommend Bam’s Auto body.
