Great experience here. I only got an oil change but the guys did inspect my whole vehicle and recommended what services I should do next. The service was fast and there was constant communication via automatic text system. Calvin was my service advisor and he was knowledgeable and trustworthy. Will definitely be getting my car serviced here from now on. Night and day between your shady mechanic shops and this place!

M-spec is a great place to come and get your car fixed. They are polite and organized. They take the time to explain what’s wrong with the car and give you a lot of different options for how to go about fixing the issues. They will also take the time to explain problems you are unsure about, which is nice

5 stars, and i wish i could give more. This place is excellent, I highly recommend. The service rep was extremely communicative, kind and professional. Going to a new shop can be stressful but she made me feel at ease and made the whole process super smooth from booking my appointment, to answering my questions, etc. she was attentive, concise, and it was clear she is very knowledgeable regarding cars. Great customer service skills across the board. Jason checked my car out, he was able to identify the issues and patiently explained what was going on in a way that was easy to understand- step by step. He is a well of knowledge when it comes to cars and really knows what he’s talking about. I felt he had the best intentions and gave me options/ never pressured at any point, I felt informed. Jason made me feel confident about the whole situation and I felt he and the staff there truly cared. They sent me emails with in depth photos and updates and kept in communication with me. I left my car for a couple of days and it was well worth it. The high level/ quality in depth thorough check they did was incredible. Lastly, their level of flexibility was soooo appreciated. As a first responder it’s difficult to stick to an exact schedule or even answer the phone, they really worked with me! (Above and beyond) I am lucky to have found them and I recommend . Overall I had a great experience here. M spec is trustworthy, reliable, and genuine. My new go-to place.

I had M-Spec install new brakes and tires on my Audi Q5, and they found me a great price on top-notch tires and all with a super quick turnaround. Calvin’s customer service made me feel good and at ease about going with M-Spec, especially since Brooklyn Audi dealership has done some shockingly sketchy things to me in the past. (Beware of them!) Thanks to M -Spec’s expertise and excellent service all around, they are my tried and trusted mechanics from now on! My car is driving like a dream!

I brought my BMW M2 Competition to M-Spec Performance due to a P0327 fault code related to a knock sensor. First, I want to highlight that Jason and Calvin were fantastic throughout the process — their customer service was exceptional, and they kept me informed every step of the way. However, what ultimately left me disappointed was the diagnostic accuracy. I was quoted $2,600 to resolve the issue, as they concluded it was likely due to rat damage. This was far outside of my budget, so I opted not to proceed and paid $300 for the diagnostic, which M-Spec markets as highly exhaustive and precise. Later, I took my car to another reputable shop. They thoroughly inspected the wiring around the intake manifold and the knock sensor, and they found zero evidence of rodent damage. No chewed wires, no insulation issues — nothing to support the diagnosis I received from M-Spec. While I appreciate the professionalism and communication, a diagnostic service that’s advertised as highly accurate should not miss the mark this significantly, especially when the proposed repair cost is so high. This experience unfortunately left me questioning the value of the diagnostic and the accuracy of their assessments. Jason and Calvin were great to work with — but the misdiagnosis and cost implications left much to be desired.

My first visit to M-Spec. Jason was outstanding. I was comfortable and confident I was being told about the condition of my car and sensible, reasonable next steps, even a discussion about affordability and budget. Use of technology also very good, with written communication and lists of next steps and costs. Well done Jason & M-Spec.

Great experience. Guest time customer. Came for my 30k mile maintenance. Everything was clear. Communication was good. They send pictures of what they inspected and pictures of what they suggest to your phone so you can see what they are talking about. Calvin was very professional at the front desk and answered all questions I had thoroughly. Highly recommended.
