Outstanding customer service by Daniel and Kelsey! Came in with my water pump leaking coolant on my Jeep Grand Cherokee and they rest assured they were going to be able to fix it. Roy the mechanic worked on the vehicle and did an outstanding job as well. He showed me the work he did and made me feel at ease with the job he did. You get what you pay for at this shop and it’s very well kept. 10/10 recommend.

There are no mechanics here. There are however, only Technicians. Let me explain. If you want the person repairing your car(s) to just throw parts at it with "I think it's this". Then only to be let down when it's not fixed ; go somewhere else and pay someone else again, then you go to a mechanic's shop. BUT if you want your car(s) fixed correctly, the first time, then you go to a technician. I bought 3 separate cars here when I discovered this shop. Every single problem has been addressed correctly the 1st time and has not repeated in months. Their troubleshooting is above all shops in the area, detailed oriented, and no corner cutting. Plus, the shop's warranty is top notchy, but I don't believe I'll have a reason to use it.

I had to have the heating core replaced on my pickup truck and I’m thankful for Daniel and his team at Essential Auto Care made this difficult experience less stressful than it could have been. They are friendly, communicate very well and are responsive. They do quality work. I highly recommend them and will be returning to them whenever I have any service needs.

They have a really nice comfortable waiting area. They took care of the services I needed in the most reasonable manner. Seems like they care about the work they do and I really appreciate that. Very knowledgeable staff as well. Definitely recommend taking your car here to get serviced.

I went to Esencial Auto Care for my car inspection, and I was very satisfied with the service. The attention was excellent, the staff was punctual and efficient, and I didn’t have to wait long. They also have a comfortable waiting area where you can enjoy water, coffee, and other amenities that make the experience pleasant. I would definitely recommend it to anyone needing this type of service.

So glad I found this place because it has become really hard to find a quality auto repair shop. The employees were really friendly and the shop was well organized. The office space and waiting area very clean and tidy. I called ahead for an alignment and the time and price quoted over the phone was accurate. Very impressed with the promptness and quality of service. Will definitely return for my automotive needs

I recommend this place to anyone who wants honest, quality work, done right. Kelsey and her team are fantastic, very friendly and do a great job. I recently took my car there for a post-purchase inspection and they brought up/found multiple things that needed to be fixed. They were also great with advice. I couldn’t recommend this place more.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, ease of scheduling appointments and service . As a fist time customer for free , they visually inspected my vehicles suspension and all related parts , bushings , mounts etc and in the engine compartment as well. checked for any leaks , condition belts and for stored codes which may have pertained to the issue I went in for ( jerking when hard accelerating) and found everything checked out fine except for some fluid changes among other items that I didn’t realize needed attention before it was too late. Daniel who was very helpful prioritized these issues from “needs to be done asap to you got some time”. They were not pushy and work was done as scheduled and reasonably priced. They got my 11 year old Subaru running like new again. I’m happy I decided to give them a try and will be returning for basic maintenance or should I have any future issues.

I’ve never been more frustrated or disappointed with a repair shop. I brought my car in for an overheating issue trusting that the problem would be properly diagnosed and fixed. Instead, I was given my car back multiple times—each time being told it was fixed—only to have it overheat again within minutes of driving. This happened six times over two months. I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt, hoping they would make it right. But despite all the time, money, and stress, the issue was never resolved. They claimed to have driven the car over 200 miles and only saw the issue once. That just doesn’t add up, especially when I experienced the problem every time I got behind the wheel. The final straw was picking up the vehicle again, only to have it overheat immediately. Their solution? Tell me to take it to the dealer. After everything, I’m left with the same problem I started with and a lighter bank account. This whole experience has been a complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
