Was stranded in a parking lot with a flat tire. My jack wasn’t doing a great job. I didn’t know what to do. I knew Little Sandy Tire was right up the road. I called and asked them if I could borrow a jack to fix my flat and the owner didn’t think twice about lending me one. He saved my day and was very kind about it all! Their staff is just as helpful and kind!

Little Sandy Tire has worked on all 5 of my vehicles for years now!! I would not trust anyone else but them to work on them! My daughters moved to Florida so we were forced to use Firestone on their two vehicles! Firestone is ridiculously expensive! Mike at Little Sandy is honest and they do a fantastic job at a fraction of the cost of these large chains do! Little Sandy is the BEST! :)

Worst tire experience I’ve ever had. I’ve spend over $100 having other shops go behind them to fix their mistakes. I took my car in to have the tires rotated and balanced due to some vibration. I picked it up and had to drive to Lexington and the vibration was so intense I could barely drive over 70mph. When I got home I immediately took it toy mechanic because I was worried there was a suspension part that had gone bad. They alerted me to abnormal tire wear and tried to balance the tires as best they could. Took it back to little sandy and they said it needs new tires and an alignment. Went to walmart got new tires and had them installed. Showed up to pick up my car and the pressure light was on. It was still vibrating. I drove it back and the owner rode with me, he tried to blame the vibration on the black filament in the roads and the age (2012) of my car. Then he said my pressure sensor must be broken (it wasn’t broken before they started working on it). I had him check the pressure and one tire was low. The light went off. I was fed up and took it to Tru Align down the street. They rebalanced it and it drives as smooth as the day it was made! It was beautiful. Got up this morning and that same tire was at 15psi. Took It to Walmart because no one else was open on a Saturday and turns out little sandy bent up the valve stem so bad it took over half an hour for it be chiseled out. Thats why the tire wasn’t holding pressure. I was supposed to leave on a long trip home (900mi) with my toddler and I needed my car to be safe. Little sandy didn’t care about our safety, I wish I could give them negative 5 stars.
