I have had mixed experiences with Les Schwab, some very positive and some rather negative. There isn’t space here to go through all of them but of course I can always edit my reviews over time. I will talk briefly about three of them. My battery went bad on my old van and I knew the battery was toast and I brought it to Les Schwab and I needed the work done right away. They were very busy, even though there was no space in the schedule one of the gentleman went out of his way to help me get the battery in. This was about a month ago. They had accidentally sold me the wrong battery at the front desk, and so he took it back in and switched it and I think he actually switched it for a better battery than what I had paid for because of the mix up. Maybe they didn’t have the right economy battery for my van, but I ended up getting a very nice battery because they stood behind their sale and I received help urgently installing it. A tire went flat on my brand new car and the manufacturer would not warranty the tire because it was a nail, Three months old. The manufacturer wanted $380 for the same tire with a 45,000 mile tire with the “same” Warranty. I took the car to Les Schwab and got a tire replacement for $260 with a 75,000 mile warranty. Three days later, the same tire went flat because it ran over an Allen wrench in the road that went through the tread. What bad luck. I took it back to Les Schwab and in about 25 minutes they had repaired the flat for free under their road hazard warranty. I have had some difficulty with their invoices, not including the right work, estimates for more than what needs to be done or estimates for less than what needs to be done and then up charges. You will want to watch this carefully, They have also done work on my car just to have to do work again a year later, and then again. On an old van, In the same area, I have been very disappointed. Ended up paying more for the work than it is worth. These mixed experiences are why this is a three star review at this time.

I’ve had variable experiences here, but today was a good one. Brought a tire with blowout, and Zach took care of me. Warranty meant no charge for a new tire, which had to be picked up from Lancaster store. Prompt, courteous service. You’re thankful for Schwabby when you’re stuck with tire issues. 👏🏻👏🏻

These guys are so incredibly professional. Brady and his workmates took very good care of me. I thought I was gonna have to buy a new tire, but they were able to warranty out my injured tire, which of course made me very happy. Time and time again these guys have upheld what Mr. Schwab started so many years ago, Great customer service will always keep you coming back!!

We had to jump start our vehicle to get to Les Schwab. We thought it was the battery, they tested it and the battery was still good. We probably left something on over night which caused the issue. I always appreciate their honesty and service.
