We went to grab new windshield wipers, and they came out to my car to help replace them so I didn’t have to struggle with figuring it out myself. I really appreciated this kind gesture because I was in a rush to get somewhere. Great place to stop for informative assistance!!!

The older gentleman who works the counter is incredibly rude. How they have him in customer service is beyond me. This is the second encounter I’ve had with him and he constantly interrupts and scoffs at you so you end up going in circles in order to explain in full what it is you need. Told me I’d need to go to a dealership, went to Auto Zone right down the road and sure enough found what I needed right away.
