Absolutely love this location. Super professional and quality work. I have gotten Wheels, Tires, Brakes, Rack and Pinion, Shocks, and much more done here at this location. Each time I have left feeling extremely satisfied. If I have anything that is suspension or tire related, no second thoughts, I go here and get it done. Miguel is very helpful and so is Christian. Everyone is helpful a matter of fact. All the employees exceed expectations and have high standards. Simply the best.

Get a second opinion!!!!!!!!! Don’t come to this place! They flat out lied to me! I went in to get a tire rotation and check my tire pressure light the tech came out and told me that I had a nail “too close to the side wall” so he made me an appointment for the next day when they would have had the tires in stock, (he convinced me that I needed new tires) I went the next morning and it was busy so they said my car would take a lot longer, since I couldn’t wait I planned on waiting another day. I stopped at another tire shop on the way home and they easily patched my tire and said there was a very small nail but it wasn’t near the sidewalk at all and he told me that my tires were completely fine and I had a lot of life in them and I wouldn’t need new tires anytime soon.

I have now had two bad experiences one with the beautiful my location and now one here. I applied for credit and was told I’d need to pay a 50% deposit and that was fine. I called ahead of time because of what it said and they said yep it would just be a 50% deposit. I called today for my appointment. Confirmed everything AGAIN. I walk in to drop off my car and give him all the information. We get to the credit part and I tell him oh I applied on line and was told I’ll be paying 50% he walks over to the lady at the back desk. Gives her my info and she very loudly FROM THE BACK DESK says we won’t be giving you credit at this time. You don’t meet our minimum credit requirements. Sorry, I sent a letter. I know they told you to come in but you don’t qualify. There were people at every single table and it was dead silent so not only did I not get my tires but I was thoroughly embarrassed in front of a room full of people, I came in on my lunch from work that’s only 30 minutes. I work 12 hour shifts and that is the only break I get. I completely wasted my lunch. My husband came out to take me back to work with our baby and completely wasted his time too as we live 25 minutes away but it’s the one right next to my work so he wasted an HOUR coming down there for nothing and then going home. This was horrible.

Very friendly staff. I needed to get air in my tires,as the weather had changed. I do this every year. I am a senior, and they are boy's in the shop are very nice.

Wow. I'm almost speechless. I was greeted by a clean cut young gentleman that was smiling and courteous before I even got to the front door. Free tire repairs-priceless, literally! It's so beautiful inside that you just relax immediately. Free popcorn, coffee, latte, and cappuccino! I have never seen anything like it so I just had to take pictures!

Cristian welcomed us first thing in the morning as we arrived to ask questions and get help for a car issue. He went above and beyond to get us the information we needed to make an educated decision and feel comfortable moving forward. He was professional and prompt. We value this experience and would definitely recommend Les Schwab Tire to everyone we know.

It was surprisingly easy for me to outfit my fifth wheel with new tires. I had the bearings packed at the same time. I ordered the tires in the afternoon and by the next morning they were in the shop. I drove my RV over to Les Schwab and they completed the entire job within a couple of hours. Kudos to the Les Schwab team in Yucaipa!

- Brought them a damaged rim so that they could swap it with an undamaged one, they managed to damage my new rim. - They called me asking what psi for my tires, i said 40, 3 tires had over 45psi, one tire had 40psi - TPMS was not properly reset following installation of new wheels. I was there on 4/14 and could not be more disappointed, i trusted them to work on my vehicle and they proved they do not care for other peoples property, nor do they have attention to detail. Go anywhere else.
