Had a huge screw in my tire and needed it patched asap. Called them an hour before closing and Alejandro told me to bring my tire right in to fix. He was very polite and professional. My tire was repaired and good to go within 30 minutes. Highly recommend this shop

I confidently and highly recommend Big Brand Tire and Service in Yucaipa, Ca. We have our three cars serviced there whenever needed. Mike is a knowledgeable and skilled mechanic with years of experience that he brings to each car service he performs. Being female, I feel strongly that I am treated fairly and with respect at Big Brand. Mike stands behind the quality of his work and is conscientious about the customer's needs. Over a year ago I had my car aligned by a big company in Yucaipa. The alignment was never right and after taking it back, I realized they were never going to help me, and do a good job. So I went to Big Brands and asked if they could do a good job and align my car. They assured me they could, and they did. The price was less than what I paid down the street and the job was excellent. I have purchased tires from them before and I'll be back again for something new. I recommend you use them. Called Thursday night about my truck needing repairs Justin was very friendly told Me I can drop it off. Went over left it with him. He called me Friday let me Know what was going on and if I wanted to go ahead with repairs. I did he let me know my truck would be ready Saturday mid day. He called me early Saturday and it was done. Dealt with Justin the whole way he was very friendly had a great service will definitely come back.

Came here because one of my tires was low and leaking, and Justin hooked me up with a set of 4 new tires (all were bald, it turned out) as well as a new brake pad, all for a great price. Also love all the free services that come with purchasing tires here. Thank you!
