Dezert Runner is an amazing small business run by an equally amazing couple. All products are hand crafted by a mastercraftsman, Nate. Each product is built to order, so expect a moderate wait. However, the attention to detail and quality are well worth the lead time. They used my truck to prototype a rear bumper for the D41. During the time they had my vehicle, they treated it like it was there own. That speaks highly of their integrity. You'll be hard pressed to find better customer service, too. Sarah makes sure to communicate to you about progress. In today's world of instant gratification, patience is a lost virtue. Just give them space to focus on your build. The more times they get nagged, the less time gets spent on construction. Do yourself a favor and consider DRO for your next addition. You won't be disappointed at all.

I bought my bumper a couple of years ago from Desert Runner Off-Road for my Toyota Tacoma. It fits well, is relatively lightweight, and was priced excellently. Plus, it has a unique look.

When you don't have a lot of companies making products for your vehicle, it's great to have someone knowledgeable and dedicated you can turn to. This bumper has been fantastic and exactly what was needed given the turmoil I put this truck through! DR even accommodated my need for incorporating Diode Dynamic SSC2 lights with red backlight and this bumper allowed me to maintain my rear sonars as well as keep my trailer plug relocated beside the tag! If you own a Nissan xterra or frontier and your looking for a set of bad ass rock sliders or a pre runner bumper don't look elsewhere Dezert Runner Offroad is your shop. Nate welding skills are superb. I highly recommend Dezert Runner Offroad.

I love my bumper! It was a longer process to receive my bumper because I ordered it just before the holidays. It was 100% worth the wait. Sarah responded to emails quickly and always kept me updated along the way. You just can’t find customer service like that anymore.
