True professionals! A few months ago, I had a nail in my tire. I took it to Les Schwab in Laramie, and within 10 minutes they had it fixed. They didn't charge me and said to make sure to think of them when we need tires. We did exactly that. Our daughter's car needed new tires. They got us in right away, helped me pick the perfect tires, and did an oil change as well. Ryan has incredible customer service. In fact, everyone in the building had great customer service skills. They let us know the car had a few other issues that they could fix while the car was there. It was so fast, and cheaper than we expected it to be. THANK YOU LES SCHWAB! You now have lifelong customers!

Les Schwab Tire is the best but not all stores are equal. I travel 270 days plus a year, responsible for heavy industrial construction projects around the country and great service is critical. The service here is first rate, it's always the service. Tires, brakes, etc. must be about service. They care here is amazing, hey give you options, not "selling" you they are simply helping you make an informed decision. They got us right in, gave us a fair price and did a first rate job. The best of the best here.

Absolute Pros and a very personable team! The assistant manager, Alex, took great care to schedule me in for prompt service on my rental vehicle which enabled me to stay on time for planned vacation travel, minimizing down time I had with multiple flat tires. This experience makes it clear that Les Schwab lives up to their reputation!

These guys really know what they are doing. We came to them to get our brakes looked at because they were making some strange noises on our road trip up from Texas, but they (Wyatt and Ryan) went above and beyond, and found that our oil filter had not been secured properly by another auto shop the week before and that we had been hemorrhaging oil the whole way! Our vehicle typically holds 4.5 quarts and we were down to 1.5 quarts! If it had not been for their meticulous eye and genuine work ethic, we would be up in the mountains with a burned out engine, 4 kids, and a great vacation story. 6/5 stars all they way. Highly recommend.
