Perhaps it’s because I am a broke college kid (like many), but I got a great deal for my repair. Was hoping to spend anything less than $4000 on my body repair, and they said it would cost $3500. The funny thing is, they showed me some simple tricks that did most of the job, and for payment they asked for the equivalent of $27! The best part is that they were most focused on whether or not I was happy. I was willing to pay the price, but they still spared me since it was a simple enough repair. It isn’t good as new, but considering the money that I saved, it was a more than exceptional job. I have a feeling this wouldn’t happen to every customer, but they seem to offer fantastic service. If you haven’t, give them a shot!

I centered my light pickup on a rock while car camping from WI to the region, and mangled the frame well enough. Thelen was very accommodating. They communicated well with my insurance. The estimate was faster than expected, given the damage I'd done. They were also honest in their reccomendations, citing reasons why the repair could surpass the estimate as completed.

They were recommended, so I stopped in for a door adjustment. They did it on the spot with no charge! They are very friendly, professional and accommodating! I'll be back when more services are needed!

They eliminated some aggravating and annoying problems with my GMC (423,000 miles) promptly and for the exact amount they quoted. Couldn't be happier. Plan to return for some more work.
