I bought a used 2020 ford gt with 10,000 miles on it. I had the car for 2 days and it stopped shifting into gear correctly. I contacted the sales representative and he had a tow come pick the car up and have it serviced. It took the a week to get the part in and another week to replace it . I went to pick the car up and it was still shifting funny and had been sitting out side so that car was a wreck had leaf stains and bird poop and dust all over the car. I took the car straight back and told them it was still shifting funny and needed to be fixed . The service guy that was there pretty much told me that it was fixed and they couldn't do anything for me so I went and talked to a manager and he said he would get the problem fixed straight away. Another week passed and I had to contact them to see if that car was ready and they said it was. I asked them to detail the car because it got dirty while it was in there possession and they said no problem we will even fill the tank . So I go to pick the car back up and test it. I will say that the service manager went above and beyond to fix the car so a big thank you to him I believe his name is John. But the car was still very dirty and they didn't fill the tank up so I was a bit disappointed with that or I would give a 5 star review. But most of everyone was really nice and wanted to get the car back in my possession as soon as possible. So I have every reason to give a bad review but these people are just trying to do a good job and I truly believe that it was all a freak occasion with the car. So 4 star I believe is fair

The service department was awesome. They kept in touch during the entire repair which was completed quickly. They even picked me up from my house when the repair was completed. I was very impressed.

My experience with Gary Crockenberg was very good. I am disappointed that the service manager never bothered to return my call. Mister Brown must be too busyto worry about day to day customers. The first time I left a message for him someone else called instead. I requested that she would have Mr brown call me at his convenience. Since he didn't bother to call I called the dealership again and set my own appointment because I needed to get some campaign work and an oil change. I'm pretty sure that if I had to make a new purchase again it would be with the Harper dealerships. I bought here because I live in town and the previous sales manager took great care of me. Virtually everyone I've dealt with in 2022 is gone.
