I was contacted after an internet inquiry, we talked once on the phone, the salesman know the camper and the situation then I was not contacted again. I wouldn’t recommend this location if you are truly interested in buying and enjoy customer service.

We went there to purchase a Grand Design. We found one, agreed on a price and gave a deposit. The service after that was not good. We didn't want to finance it but the price would increase by $4700 without financing so we agreed to give a nice down payment and get the loan. We had questions the next few days about the camper and the financing and didn't get our questions answered. I finally reached out to the salesman and told him we no longer wanted the unit and finally the sales manager did reach out. I told him we felt the service was mediocre and we were concerned it would only get worse after they received our money. He then responded by telling me that was the lamest excuse he has ever heard. We ended up finding a different unit somewhere else that has excellent service.
