Auto Body Concepts of Council Bluffs

I recently took my truck to Auto Body Concepts, and I couldn't be more impressed with the work they did. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and professional. My truck had some significant damage from hitting a deer, but when I got it back, it looked like it just rolled off the Ford assembly line. The team did amazing work, and you can tell they take great pride in their work. Not only was the repair flawless, but the paint job matched perfectly with the blend. Communication was also top-notch. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable with the work. To top it off, they finished the job in about two weeks! I highly recommend Auto Body Concepts for anyone needing vehicle repairs—these guys are true pros.

They were fast in fixing my front bumper of my Chevrolet Avalanche. In less than 5 days it was done. They did a really great job. I will definitely recommend them. Thanks for fixing my beloved truck.

After a dumb @$$ deer decided to play chicken with my husband’s truck and caused thousands of dollars of damage, Auto Body Concepts made it like new again. They were attentive to our repair expectations, kept us informed throughout the whole process and handled the insurance company negotiations. After my experiences with other Auto Collision Centers, my expectations were honestly low. My car needed repairs after being side swiped so I took it here. After my car was returned to me, I was blown away! Auto Body Concepts went above and beyond. They didn’t just repair everything, but also cleaned the interior/exterior of my vehicle and explained other issues with it that wasn’t included in the repair estimate. They made sure I was well informed on what they came across and treated my car like it was spa day! Will ONLY come here for any future repairs.

I cannot recommend this place enough. I've gone here a few times over the years and the customer service and work have always been exceptional. I went in today and even though I was early for my appointment, Eric came right out and got me sorted. He was even able to fix my bumper right in the parking lot and I was on my way 20 minutes later. This is why they're always my first call when something happens to my car.

They were very transparent and did a phenomenal job on my vehicle. Kept me in the loop through the entire process. Not only that, but they got my car back to me 4 days earlier than the expected date. Hopefully I won’t have to work with them again, but if I’m in a situation to need work done I would only work with them. Thank y’all!
