Had to take in for repair on my Jeep Wrangler. The communication was great at first before service. During service afterwards my experience was terrible. Was mostly dead silence and I would always have to check myself of the status. It took longer than the intended repair duration and getting rental extended is costly especially if I have to pay out of pocket and working with the warranty department. They don’t even communicate with them. Repair was good, however after a week another issue happened and needing repairs again… not sure why it wasn’t found/discovered first time…Second time it’s the same rodeo again even though I already complained the first time for the manager. I think this might be the last time I take my vehicle to be serviced at this location. My experience was terrible but might not be for others.

Don't bring your car here without planning at least 2 weeks ahead in case they order the wrong part. Terrible communication, terrible customer service, nearly every person we dealt with inexperienced at best. I will never EVER bring my Jeep back here.

They stole items from my car!! I took my Jeep into the repair shop Oct. 14th. When I got it back about 1/2 my personal items from my glove box were strewn in various areas in the front (floor, seats, cupholder) I knew that was so disrespectful, but I was just happy to have my car back after almost 2 weeks. I didn't address it immediately because the young man helping me had left after revewing the repairs,and I immediately went to return the rental vehicle without looking inside first. Later that evening when I was cleaning the interior, I noticed that my pink pocket knife and my emergency window breaker were missing from the glovebox. These items have ALWAYS remained in my car's glovebox for safety. There is no way I took them out. I don't have physical proof so I can't file a report, but I know someone working on my vehicle took it. Do not trust they will respect your property.
