He even arranged for a Lyft to ensure that I could attend my appointments and make it to work. If it hadn't been for his calm and reassuring demeanor, the experience could have been quite frustrating. However, Ramon made what could have been a problematic tire situation into one of the best service experiences I’ve had. We just purchased a vehicle with reliable Nissan. They scheduled our first courtesy oil change and five point check. At our early 7:00 a.m. arrival, we were immediately welcomed and introduced to our service rep David, who was absolutely professional, informative courteous and absolutely friendly and easy to speak to. He was able to answer all of our questions and Ensured the vehicle would be taken care of appropriately. We took our vehicle in for an oil change. We were told it would take about an hour and would be notified when it would be ready. We tried calling several times but no one answered the phone. We took a chance, and went to pick it up 4 hours later. We explained what happened. I asked for a discount but they said there were no coupons they could give us. Poor service with no compensation.

The service was ok. The advisor was rushed and didn't have time for questions. He didn't give us the point inspection report. The tire maintenance light was still on when we left left. The next day the care indicates a 5ire is low. I have no idea if the tires were checked for air level. We were told when we called back that the inspection report is no longer given to clients. We bought our Nissa at reliable. However, we may take our car somewhere else for service due to this experience.
