Best customer service ever. I had an appointment for Friday 9/22/23 at 10:00am and I totally forgot what day was 😂 and came to dropped off my car. They hooked me up and I was able to leave my car for them to repair it and even got me a loaner car (my initial appointment was just a drop off, no loaner included) best of the best, my second time here.

I have no complaints since my husband getting me my car from here, they are nice and very helpful. I came in today to get my car serviced and Mitch was excellent with assisting me with everything I needed. I spoke to Michael who is the director and was also amazing.

Nice looking dealership. I got vehicle serviced, extended warranty covered the work but of course its never enough for the stealership, they always add additional labor cost. Ended up paying almost $2500 after the warranty paid for the repairs. Also need a rear differential but they wanted a additional 8k on top of what the warranty was already paying them (6k). I declined as there was no logic to the extra cost. Beware, be careful and expect to spend at least $1500, weather you have warranty or not. Anything that warranty approves they want additional money on. Also added things that was not needed which i made sure to decline. Instead of trying to keep a customer they make you want to run away and dont go back. Not a fan of the way they do business, not logical and not fair. Reply: Correct, the items that were not covered did not need repair. My warranty sent a inspector and there was no damage to the axles or driveshaft. They dont cover the additional cost because you guys create additional parts cost & labor cost where its not needed. As discussed inwork in a mechanic shop myself so theres is nothing you can say to justify your of doing business. if you checked and it was seized i could understand but your not even checking to see if it is. Warranty dont pay for “potential problems” they pay for problems aka failures. 30 years in the business then you should know that. Risk of disassembling? If the parts is seized how could u disassemble? You dont want to check if its seized without me agreeing to the extra $8,000. Tell me how that make sense? Dont want to check if its seized but want me to agree to the extra. Come on now, fair is fair
