I was really excited to go to the jaguar service center in brooklyn but no no no no!!! Terrible customer service - I had an appointment today to replace my tire under my tire insurance (purchased with jaguar manhattan). the greeter informed me that I could not use my insurance and would have to pay the service department directly to later be reimbursed by the insurance company. He stated that the insurance company will not pay jaguar brooklyn as each dealership is independently owned and use different third party tire insurance companies (Stay with me, I know that was very wordy). I contacted the tire insurance company right there and they stated that is not true, the insurance company would provide payment directly to jaguar brooklyn the same as they’ve done with jaguar manhattan, via wex credit card payment. The greeter hears this and then says well it still won’t work. He proceeds to ask me a question and as I am trying to answer, he’s talking over me. This was very frustrating because what is the point of asking if you’re not listening? I then went inside to the front desk attendant for him to say “ok we can change the tire but we won’t finish until late in the afternoon (IT WAS 8:07am) why in the world will it take over 4 hours? he says it is because of the insurance company. I left, called the insurance company, received an address for an auto body tire shop in the area, got there at 8:30am and WALKED OUT WITH MY NEW TIRE PAID FOR BY MY TIRE INSURANCE AT 9:40am. save yourself the headache and go to jaguar manhattan. There you will find educated individuals who actually care about their customers.

Fantastic Service Department! Truly refreshing! Everything was quick and easy. Gary listened to my concerns and made sure everything was addressed. He checked in with me every step of the way. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful. Also very personable... The cashier was so friendly, she even helped my mother get into the car while I was speaking to Gary. Steve runs an excellent department-- he was also great to work with! I even enjoyed the loaner. Service was quick and painless---wonderful customer service and professionalism. I would HIGHLY recommend!
