If I could give no stars, I would. I inquired about a part for my car a week prior, and was told the part was still in stock. During this initial call, I was told that I would have to pay for the part before arriving and even seeing the condition of the part. I don't know why or how that would be considered ethical, as the part could have been just as damaged as my current part is. I called on Thursday the 23 to ensure the part was there, as their site had it listed as "off and ready". I was told, "we will call you back in an hour" because they need to put eyes on the part that is still located on the vehicle, despite being listed as removed already. Okay, not a huge deal. I wait until 12:30pm, and still no call. At 1pm, I call back again, because at this point I need to either be able to obtain the part or order it elsewhere. I was told "we are busy, you're going to have to wait". Okay fine, I give them until 3pm and I call again. Still told "we haven't been out there yet." I place an online order elsewhere to obtain the part because at this point, they close at 4:30pm and the chances of me receiving this part have dwindled down. At 4:05pm, I am contacted to finally hear them say "oh we can't sell you the part anyway". Horrible way to do customer service, especially with car parts and people losing daylight quickly in the winter to install things. The way that my wife was also spoken to when she called to check in on the part was not professional, as she was told "we already told your husband he would have to wait until we had the time", yet you're a business that runs on customer service skills for those in need of car parts?

Look past the outdated one star reviews and you will see Bob is a hardworking, knowledgeable man of integrity. I was recommended to send him my car for scrap after Triple A quoted me seven grand for a new engine. However, Bob assured me he could find me the parts cheaper. He referred me to one friend at another shop for the engine and one for the labor, saving my car and a lot of money. I pointed out that this would mean he’s making no money and he told me that it was the right thing to do and sent me on my way. I will recommend all my friends and family go to Bob for any replacement parts. He is a kind soul.

After calling several yards for a part I found it here but I was given a wrong part, not big deal but when the part was returned I was charged a 20% re-stock fee because they made a mistake & pulled the wrong part but it always more simple to blame the consumer saying ots the customers fault for giving the wrong year. Well why would I say I had an 05 when I have a 03. I feel I had 20% stolen from me
