I read the reviews before I called and they were able to get me in immediately for an estimate. Tyler and the rest of the staff were super friendly and understanding as I was really upset about the damage. Tyler was very thorough in his inspection and I received the estimate quickly. My car was fixed in less than a week during a holiday week and it was in line with the estimate so no sudden extra charges. My car was fixed beautifully and I couldn’t be happier. I can’t say enough great things about Ladd Road Collision and I highly recommend them if you’re looking.

I have had a terrible start to 2025. Just 2 days ago rushing my pet to hospital for emergency surgery $$$$. And today having my first accident in 30 years of driving. They were amazingly comforting kind supportive and I believe them to be amazing people. They are trying like heck to help me keep the cost down and I generally felt such a great vibe from them. Everybody should take their car to this place.

Ladd Road collision is the absolute best! Not only do they perform top quality work, but they are so helpful with working through the hoops and hurdles the insurance companies want you to jump through and over. They made everything easy and also went the extra mile to deliver the car back to me cleaner than i dropped it off :-)

They did an excellent job on my car (shout out to Tyler and his team) & everyone was great to work with, they handled everything! My car is looking better than new! Also, want to give a shoutout to Michelle who made me feel like a weight was lifted off my shoulders from the beginning when I wasn’t sure how to navigate everything! Tyler took the time to explain the repairs that were needed. The owners are fantastic too! Highly recommend Ladd Road Collision!

Couldn’t be happier with the help they provided. Jeff met with me personally and guided me through the process of fixing my wife’s car door. Michelle in the front office was also amazing. She was extremely helpful and played with my daughters for about 30 minutes when I had to bring them in to look at the vehicle. We use these guys with personal vehicles from my work and I have never been unhappy with their service there either. I would recommend them to anybody in need of body work on their vehicle.

Tyler was nothing short of exceptional with handling my repairs despite my insurance company fighting to pay for the correct part. I had a poorly secured speed limit sign, picked up by the wind, hit the front end of my Durango on I96 while going through a construction zone. It cause A LOT of damage. By the time Ladd Road Collision was done with my vehicle, you could not tell anything happened. My front end actually looked better than it did from the factory. This company is awesome. Please go to them. I’ve have Farmington hills collision do work on my Durango before for a separate incident, and they really dropped the ball. Terrible. Rattles everywhere, multiple trips back. They are in no way as detailed, and professional as Ladd Road Collision.
