im very unhappy with the service here. The place is a wreck. I don't even expect my car back at this point and I'm damned certain it'd end up at another, more organized shop anyway!! The car I bought there has the check engine on constantly and you can bet I won't take it there to be fixed!

A longtime friend from church referred me to Mike Lacy. My friend had several vehicles repaired/serviced at Lacey Automotive, including one the same make & models as mine (just different year). Plus, he had purchased a vehicle from Mike. I took my vehicle to Lacey Automotive, and they did exactly what I wanted in a short time frame at an extremely fair price. This was something that several other mechanics wouldn't do (because the car is a hybrid), or wanted several thousand dollars to do (more than the car was worth). I was so pleased with the service, that I referred another church friend to Lacey Automotive. She now says that Mike is her mechanic and won't go anywhere else. Lacey Automotive also offers a towing service, is family run, and is friendly to military/veterans. Update: Mike has now worked on my diesel truck, and bodywork on our sedan. Found/Fixed stuff on the sedan that some other shop just covered up (before we bought car). Best quote/estimate of any body shop insurance went through.

I highly recommend Lacey Automotive!! The rates were extremely reasonable and the driver was so professional and knowledgeable getting my car out of a tight fit inside the garage. I have logged them into my phone now for my go to for towing service!! Great job !
