Took my Porsche 944 S2 to Koala for a new clutch. They were very thorough and with great attention to detail found a few other issues, one requiruing a harder to find part. They sourced the part and completed the job with excellent customer service along the way. Thank you to all at Koala, I will definitely return!

We are totally impressed with the service we have received here! This is the first time we've owned a BMW and they have answered all our questions and serviced the vehicle expertly. Very professional and knowledgeable and courteous. Great bunch!

Scheduled service online, quick response from Mark. Dropped the car off and got a loaner, took 2 minutes. Before 10AM car was diagnosed, and they knew the issue. Job finished before noon and I could go pick up the car. Easy appointment setting, work done timely, loaner car was huge help.

My Man had his car towed there for work on his BMW, we arrived to see the vehicle before getting it towed back to our address (that they didn’t even care to spell right) and Mark didn’t even think to mention that they didn’t put the grill back on the front by the bumper, we went back to ask him about it, and tell him that we have pictures of how it arrived to them and he said with a attitude “well we take pictures too!” As if we was lying about that and then didn’t know what happened to it and had to call to find out (unprofessional definitely worth telling someone) and then started getting loud with us while showing my man the pictures. (They put it in the trunk..) why didn’t they put it back on though?? Just unprofessional to talk to a paying customer like that mention the owner heard everything and didn’t even try to deescalate the situation.. we will never be returning.

Stay away from this place. They're unprofessional and will damage your car and not even return phone calls. My car was returned damaged, and they took no responsibility and or will even return a phone call. My BMW Shut off on the side of the highway. I called them they told me to tow it in. After 2 weeks No diagnostic work had been performed. 3rd week he calls tells me the engine is done, has no compression on one side. He couldn't tell me compression numbers... Calls me back a few days later and tells me his scrap guy is here? Okay? Asks if I want estimates made for another engine put in, absolutely. 2 More weeks pass, and he finally calls me and tells me its 9-13k. Ok. He acted like I declined the repair on the phone and like I couldn't afford it? I took that as a "We don't want to work on this car". I have still never received or seen these estimates. I had the car towed to another repair shop since they obviously didn't want to deal with it. Upon arrival at the other shop, the battery is completely flat and DEAD now. It was not DEAD or BAD when it was brought to them. The Kidney grill is now broke? The inside is ripped apart below the steering column? They put a under cover to protect against scrapes thats oil soaked in my BACK SEAT!?!??! They broke my hood latch cable, that had been functioning for years. They made a big deal out of my hood latch saying it was broken and all this and that, but I had previously had them service and replace my transmission for $13k and it was never an issue of it being broke then? Every Time I got a phone call from them or finally had to call them to get an update it was always an excuse of "I'm short staffed." "My guy isn't here today" "can I call you back tomorrow". Very poor communication. This shop is well below dealer quality or service.

I know a lot about cars and take care of mine but Koala taught me things I didn’t know and told me what I was doing wrong. These guys are honest and experts with BMWs. They deserve every penny they earn. I had vanos codes and a wrecked transfer case and they took care of it and my dashboard isn’t a Christmas tree finally! I trust these guys. They even helped me find a transfer case for 1/5th of what I would have paid for at the dealer! They showed class and quality.
