Smooth experience, as always. I coordinated with Ryan and Aaron. They had a loaner vehicle ready for me when I got there. They did the job quickly, called at lunchtime to tell me they were already done, gave me a heads up on some items I will need to take care of in the future but were completely honest about which were pressing and which could wait (in my case none of them were pressing). What mechanic is honest and not pushy whatsoever? These guys are the only ones I know and can trust. I will never take my car anywhere else.

Been using these guys for over 15 years because they're fast and thorough. Prices are always up front. My employer was using another company, but l arranged for just my truck to go with Kitchell and l proved to my boss that my mechanics were far superior to the ones he used just because they were cheaper. You get what you pay for. However, l'm not implying Kitchell is high priced, not at all. They just have better mechanics. Aaron, the manager, has become a great friend over the years and l truly trust these guys.

The will show you the problem, explain it, and even give you options to save money on how to fix it. The are up front and talk to you like a normal person.
