Honda Key Replacement Phoenix Introduce

While the provided business name is "Honda Key Replacement Phoenix" with an address of 3839 E Anne St, Phoenix, AZ 85040, USA, the extensive customer reviews associated with this address and phone number ((602) 730-1731 or +1 602-730-1731) overwhelmingly describe a business named Classic Customs. These reviews detail services related to classic car and truck restoration and custom building, rather than key replacement. Therefore, this introduction will objectively describe the services and features of "Classic Customs" based on the provided customer testimonials, as it appears to be the actual business operating at this location and phone number. Classic Customs operates as a highly specialized "Auto Repair Station" within the broader category, focusing on a very niche and high-end segment of automotive services: the restoration and custom fabrication of classic and vintage vehicles.

The environment at Classic Customs, as depicted by the enthusiastic customer reviews, is clearly that of a high-end restoration and custom build shop. This implies a meticulous, organized, and well-equipped facility. It would feature specialized areas for various stages of vehicle restoration and customization, including dedicated bays for bodywork, metal fabrication, and intricate paint application. Given the nature of their work on classic cars and trucks, such as a '49 Chevy Truck and a 1961 Rolls Royce SCII, the workshop environment would likely be exceptionally clean, well-lit, and designed to protect and precisely handle these valuable vehicles. There would be advanced tools for metal shaping, welding, body panel alignment, and chassis work. A separate, dust-free paint booth would be crucial for achieving the "flawless" paint finishes described. The reviews also suggest an open and welcoming atmosphere, as one customer mentioned being able to "come and hang around during the entire restoration process," indicating a transparency that fosters trust and collaboration. The overall environment would exude professionalism, craftsmanship, and a deep respect for automotive heritage, catering to clients who expect nothing less than perfection.

The services offered by Classic Customs are highly specialized and comprehensive, targeting the full restoration and custom building of classic cars and trucks. Based on the detailed customer reviews, their services include:

  • Full Restoration: As seen with the 1961 Rolls Royce SCII, they perform ground-up restorations, returning vehicles to "original condition." This involves meticulous attention to every component, from "every nut, bolt and screw" being polished to the restoration of original functionalities like "burlwood dashboard, analog clock, power windows and antenna."
  • Custom Vehicle Builds: They excel at creating unique, personalized vehicles, as demonstrated by the '49 Chevy Truck project. This includes significant modifications like "fitting a 55 dash," making a "custom bed from scratch," and incorporating "100’s of small custom touches."
  • Bodywork and Fabrication: The ability to build a custom bed "from scratch" points to advanced metal fabrication skills. They handle "scrapped plastic" minor damage on modern vehicles (like a Porsche Macan S, despite the primary focus being classics, showing versatility), but their true forte is in shaping and repairing classic vehicle bodies.
  • High-Quality Painting: Reviews emphasize "flawless" paint and vehicles looking "better than it ever looked before," indicating expertise in paint preparation, application, and color matching for both stock and custom finishes.
  • Mechanical and Electrical Restoration: Ensuring all original components, including engines and electrical systems, work perfectly after restoration, as highlighted with the Rolls Royce.
  • Design and Collaboration: The mention of enjoying "the design process" with Travis suggests a collaborative approach where customer vision is central to the project.
  • Post-Completion Support: Travis "continues to stand by his work even though it has been completed over a year," fixing minor issues without charge and adding new touches. This is an exceptional level of after-service commitment.

These services position Classic Customs as a premier destination for significant automotive projects rather than routine repairs.

The distinguishing features of Classic Customs are numerous and highly impressive, as consistently highlighted by their clientele. Central to their success is the craftsmanship and dedication of Travis (Haynie), the owner. Customers repeatedly laud his trustworthiness, professionalism, and pride in his work, stating he "do everything to perfection." This personal involvement and commitment from the leadership are crucial for high-end custom work. Another key feature is the "award-winning" quality of their builds, with the '49 Chevy Truck winning multiple prestigious awards. This objectively validates the superior standard of their workmanship. Their ability to create both "show truck" quality vehicles that are also "custom drivers" (like the Chevy, driven over 8,000 miles) speaks to their mastery of balancing aesthetics with functionality and reliability. The transparency and inclusivity of their process, where car owners are "welcome...to come and hang around during the entire restoration process," build immense trust and client satisfaction. Furthermore, their exceptional post-completion support, providing free fixes and additional touches, demonstrates a long-term commitment to their clients and their vehicles, a rare quality in the industry. The ability to restore incredibly rare and valuable vehicles like a 1961 Rolls Royce to factory perfection underscores their profound expertise and attention to minute detail. Finally, the personal touch, treating customers "like family," and delivering "outstanding job at a fair price" contributes significantly to their reputation as a top-tier restoration shop.

Regarding promotional information, Classic Customs benefits immensely from extremely strong, authentic customer testimonials. The detailed accounts of award-winning builds, the restoration of a Rolls Royce to factory perfection, and the continuous post-service support are the most compelling promotional materials. The direct recommendations to "take your car to Prince if you want the best of the best" (a likely reference to Travis's nickname or a team member named Princeton) and "If you happen to have a prized automobile and looking for an outstanding place to have it restored Classic Customs is the only place to go in Arizona" are exceptionally powerful endorsements. For local users in Phoenix and beyond, these reviews clearly position Classic Customs as the go-to expert for high-quality, trustworthy, and award-winning classic vehicle restoration and custom fabrication. While the prompt listed the business as "Honda Key Replacement Phoenix," the true nature of the services, as revealed by customer feedback, is a strong, specialized draw for classic car enthusiasts. Their phone numbers ((602) 730-1731 and +1 602-730-1731) serve as direct points of contact for individuals seeking their bespoke services. The very existence of such passionate and detailed positive reviews acts as the most effective promotional tool, far outweighing any standard advertising, as it speaks directly to the experience and results potential clients can expect.

Honda Key Replacement Phoenix Customer Reviews

I was lucky enough to find Classic Customs and Travis the owner to build my 49 Chevy Truck. The end result is an award winning truck – from the first Goodguys Show in Colorado where we won Best Early Truck and Trick Truck of the Year Finalist. It continues to win at most shows – over 20 awards. I did not want a show truck – wanted a custom driver and we have driven it over 8,000 miles in the first year. It has not been on a trailer at all. I really enjoyed the design process from fitting a 55 dash to the custom bed he made from scratch and the 100’s of small custom touches. Travis continues to stand by his work even though it has been completed over a year, has fixed a few minor issues without charging me and added a few new touches. I will build another Custom with Travis and I think that says it all. Scott Muse

I brought my 1961 historical Rolls Royce SCII to Classic Customs for restoration over a year ago. Travis Haynie, and Classic Customs were highly recommended. The restoration took over a year but the end result was breathtaking. The car looked, drove and smelled like the day it was rolled out from The Rolls Royce Factory in Crewe, England. Every nut, bolt and screw were polished to their original condition, the two-tone paint and hand-drawn red pinstripes were flawless. Everything in the car, including the engine, interior, burlwood dashboard, analog clock, power windows and antenna works perfectly. Travis takes pride of his work and do everything to perfection. If you happen to have a prized automobile and looking for an outstanding place to have it restored Classic Customs is the only place to go in Arizona. I am a very difficult customer when it comes to my Rolls-Royce; I drove from Scottsdale to Phoenix every single day to see the work in progress. They welcome car owners to come and hang around during the entire restoration process. I am very grateful to Travis, his lovely wife Jennifer and their entire staff for treating me like family and doing an outstanding job at a fair price.

I bought a truck from a guy who was legitimately ripped off from this shop. There is no doubt that people who want classic cars don't know what they are getting into and the work required to make them modern rides but there is no excuse for getting piss poor quality work. This is not me bad mouthing because i have a grudge, this is a real example of how bad this place is. They took forever for the work, prices always raised after negotiating a price, and the quality of the work was horrible. Ls swapped C10 (installed with warped heads due to overheating, not mounted correctly, not tuned correctly or at all, wrong rad, bad bad bad wiring with no relays to be found (they can't keep good techs, their best wiring installer just walked out of the shop because he can't stand working for Travis), trans burned up because they don't know what a TV cable is on a 700r4, seriously. I'm omitting about 50 other problems, contact me if you want to know more damage done, some of which was beyond dangerous (like running fuel line for the trans cooler right next to the headers). Shops like this have been ripping people forever.

Travis is probably one of the best fabricators I’ve ever worked with. As far as painting goes, there’s nobody that comes close. Whether it’s a candy or a super fine silver , he does an amazing job. Flawless work.

We are proud owners of a ground up 67 Chevelle project, that Classic Customs perfected. We’ve only placed twice at Good Guys so far, not bad for a 67 ! Thanks Travis Jen and Joe !
