Kimber Auto Service

Kimber did engine repair back in November. Oil leak in which they said the parts were not covered under warranty. So I paid $700 out of pocket. Two months the oil leaks still exist. And also now I have spark plugs and coils misfiring. A week ago today Kimber towed my car to fix the oil leak at no charge. And the spark plugs and coils were under warranty. So the same day my car was towed in is also the same day I was called and was told that the oil leak was fixed. But they forgot about the plugs so I had to remind them. It took them til Saturday to fix this repair. I kept calling to see the status of my car because they never call you to keep you updated on what's going on. So on Friday the lady told me that they're having with the plugs and they can't figure out why. So finally on Saturday morning I got a phone call saying that they finally had it straightened out. So I picked the car up that afternoon after work. The engine light was finally off and I didn't smell that strong aroma of oil coming from the car like I used to. But they rode all my gas out and didn't replace it. So I'm thinking that everything is okay finally. Now mind you I just picked my car up Saturday. It's Monday morning around 12:30am I make a store run and when I get into the car I see that the engine light is back on. This is so stressful and frustrating. This is like the fifth time they've had my car for repair and it's all been under the hood. I haven't even had the car a year. I'm so tired of people trying to get over on others. Stop patching things up and just fixed the car like you're getting paid to do. This is just nonsense. And the car is from Family Auto of Easley. Kimber is the shop that does they're repair work.

Had work done on my radio module was told that they put an after market one in my car. I paid $100 copay and family auto paid some. Two weeks later radio and ac not working again. Called them back they want $900 to fix it and said they didn’t charge me for the part so it’s not guaranteed. 2WEEKS

Fuel pump they put in my truck. This is obviously not brand new and my truck was leaking gas after they put it in.

Was sent to Kimber auto by family auto of easley had a appointment at 8 took over a hr to finally be able to look at for bottom radiator hose. than to warm engine up he pushed accelerator hard there is no need to blow a engine instead of test driving with heat on to see if anymore leaks will take my vehicle some where else in future

This is a great place to take your car if it's having problems.!! I have taken a couple of cars here myself and my family has as well. The cars turn out so my better than they were and they give you a year warranty on the problem they fixed.!! Also everyone is so nice here so I recommend to everyone!
