Kightlinger Auto Service Inc

Very poor work, unprofessional people and my vehicle was damaged while they were repairing it. They are about money and don’t value their customers or their work ethic. Absolutely inexcusable that I now have to have my vehicle fixed, because of their carelessness and lack of communication.

First time there. Another garage recommended them to me to fix my car that I thought was going to be much worse than it ended up. The mechanic did some research and fixed it. Way less of a bill than I thought I was gonna have. Even loaned me a car for a day so I could get around. Much appreciated.

First time I ever brought my car here to have a 90k check, I bought my car from kites sales, dropped off was fine. The lady behind the desk has a terrible attitude which I could understand cause it was early and there was a lot going on. When it came to me picking my car up I was have trouble with my payment and she immediately got super nasty with me. Because of her terrible attitude I probably won’t bring my car back there to be worked on. This is an edit on my original review. After further inspecting my car and going through the contents in my glove box and my center console, I have discovered some things are missing. So not only do they do shady work, they are thieves.

Was able to get my car in and out of there in less than a day. I’ve been going to Kightlinger’s for about 5 years and never felt that I was getting ripped off and it’s always been quality work any problem that I’ve had has always been fixed. The customer service is great always have smiles and make sure that you get back on the road as soon as possible.

I don’t even wanna give them one star! This has been the worst car and experience with buying a car! It’s a horror movie! ****STAY AWAY**** STAY AWAY**** STAY AWAY**** STAY AWAY**** The worst WORST ever car I’ve ever owned! This was also my first ever financed car and that will never happen again he has ruined my faith in any dealships! I was told they would repair the **TRANSFER CASE** and they never did and here I am with the same issues 😂 I’m stuck with this car until it’s paid off and there’s nothing I can do! This owner was no help at all and could’ve cared less that he sold me a lemon & KNEW he did. The car has been in the shop since I’ve gotten it it’s really been none stop problems and no help what so ever! I asked for help with the repairs that the owner “KNEW” about and agreed to fix but instead I’ve gotten NOTHING! It’s not a simple fix either it’s a transfer case. Way to let a woman go in something with children that’s not reliable or safe! I would steer away way way away from this dealer ship! If you want a lemon by all means waste your money! If you want something safe and reliable then take your hard earned money elsewhere! I was lied to and sold a piece of junk! $13,000 worth of junk that I still unfortunately owe on and am stuck with! There will be a lawyer coming very soon. I’m so sick of dealer ships buying junk auction cars and not taking responsibility for their actions! I have all receipts and all documents along with the statement from the owner to fix my issues. STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY!
