Eells Towing

I highly recommend! My roadside assistance via my insurance company dispatched a tow truck for my vehicle which I waited six hours for. Still no one showed up, so when I called The insurance company back automated somebody that was local (The first truck they dispatched was from Cleveland about 75 miles away from where I was at) Besides finding that information out I demanded they get someone local…I gave a list of local towers and they picked Eells Towing...about 30 minutes Later Eells was there! The owner was polite, friendly, punctual, sympathetic and understanding of my situation (I had an individual with special needs With me) . Because it took so long with the other two company I wasn’t able to be there for the drop off and with no problems at all he took it to the location and dropped it off: Thank you for great service!

We called this company yesterday to pull a truck from the side of the road. They did not advise us of the trip charge of $150 to just show up. And then they brought a Hummer with a winch to pull our truck up a small hill and charged us another $150. Said that they had to use special equipment, I never knew personal vehicles with a winch was special equipment. The guy was there maybe 30 minutes, had our technician sign the bill without any costs written down. I called to question the bill today and was told they have $100,000 vehicle that they used to pull our truck out and that is the cost. I have used a few other towing services this year and NEVER have we been treated like this and charged this amount. I will NEVER use this company again and being in the service industry ourselves will never recommend them. They deserve zero stars, but google won't let me.

I have is used this company before, as well as several other friends and family, in that area. They always answer, and keep you informed with progress. Excellent equipment too! Flat bed, tow trucks AND off road vehicles, for when your in those hard to reach places! I highly recommend this company!

They pulled a chunk off my car and told me that I will never be able to get it back on the road and charged me 85 dollars more than it was going to take to tow it.
