I just had the front end of my 2017 Ram 1500 repaired and they did an amazing job! Looks like a new truck! The best part of my experience with this shop however was the level of customer service! Very personalized! I needed my truck done quickly as I’m driving it to Chicago for a Bears game in a couple weeks. They left a sign inside saying have fun at the game along with a bear rubber ducky. I never would’ve expected that kind of personal service! Great job !

Hit deer 😔 Drove car in. This place sent my insurance company 8g quote to be fixed. Awaiting and then updated quote to over 10gs and deemed total. Communication and misconstrues. I'm knowledgeable of cars/parts/labor knowing the outraged increased quote. If your looking for honesty and respect look elsewhere. This is how they took pictures for the claim snow all 🙄 Asked multiple times for the updates list of damages and no one sent it. Then mail the damages as been asking for copy as hit deer and I know vehicles. Mechanics are in blood only came here because insurance insisted!!

Hi centerline, I had my 2019 Honda civic in there 2 times this year and both times doing an absolute amazing job. They are super fast and have always met my expectations. I will not be going to any other body shop except them. I also will be referring anyone who needs top of the line body work done. I’m very thankful for what you guys have done the past 2 times my car has needed work. I called about an open claim with my insurance company back in September (it’s the end of October now) and never received a call back. I called back multiple times and was met with a voicemail and actually hung up on the last time I called.

I'd rate Ashley lower if I could. RUDE, NASTY condescending customer service. Began taking photos of my vehicle after I told her I'd take it elsewhere and kept taking photos of my plates after I asked her to stop. Hungup on the Geico representative I asked her to speak with regarding my appointment.

Great experience start to finish! Ashley was great to work with! She got parts ordered and had my truck scheduled in no time. The workmanship and service was top notch! Will definitely be using Centerline again.

I can't reccomend centerline enough. They were fantastic to work with after my car accident. They were able to get an initial estimate same day for my insurance, had parts ordered immediately, and Ashley kept me updated on the status of my car the entire time. Just shy of 9 days later and I already have my car back. The work looks great and they even had it washed before I picked it back up. I'm extremely happy with the work they did, and very thankful they got my car back together so quickly. I would absolutely reccomend them if you find yourself in need of a body shop for a claim. They were fast, professional, and kept me in the loop the whole time.
