Scheduled an appointment almost a week out. Got a confirmation and two reminders from the Quick lane via text. Got to quick lane, guy at counter tells me "The appointments dont really matter, it's still gonna be all day cause I'm putting you in as a walkin and we are busy." Will not be going to Keller Quick Lane again.

Took my truck in at 9am to get a sensor issue checked out. I had to call them all day to check the status of my truck and they didn’t even start working on it until about 12. They got done at 4:30pm and they didn’t even fix the issue. I’ll never do business here again.

The tire pressure on the 2020 f350 is 60 psi in the front and 80 in the rear. This tech never bothered to measure the tire pressure just let some out here and add some here and now I’m running down the street with 4 tires improperly inflated. Call the manager and I’m just asking, hey man I paid for you guys to do this. Manager wasn’t available, hasn’t called back and I don’t expect anything from it. They got my money and I’m going to adjust the tire pressure. Doesn’t feel like an honest transaction, like I spent more and got less.
