I can’t begin to express my gratitude and impressiveness with Kaizen Mainline. To start with every single employee is kind, professional, caring, and very approachable. Now to the body work. 10 stars if I could give them. Truck looks brand new, panels aligned perfectly, and the plaint blending work is pure perfection. Jesus is the rep who took care of me and they kept me updated every step of of the way. All in all the process only took 3 weeks but that primarily due to GM having parts on back order. If you’re looking for a local family owned honest, trustworthy, and reliable Autobody shop, then Kaizen Mainline should be your only go to option.

Third vehicle in the shop with Kaizen. I continue to choose Mainline Auto body as they do great work and make my life simple and pleasant while having to deal with an unfortunate circumstance with my car. They work great with my insurance company and the car rental was super easy. I chose to go back to them when I needed them even after moving an hour away because I trust them so very much!!!

I'm not normally one to write reviews, but with the service I received today from Kaizen I felt like I had to! They are quite easily the best body shop on the central coast. The team there treats you like family, and puts an amazing amount of care and detail into their craft. I took my car in after it got hit in a parking lot, and they make it look brand new! If you're looking for a body shop, they're the ones to call! 10/10 service, will definitely be recommending other their way

I cannot say enough about how amazing Jesus Mendoza was in handling my vehicle repair. A previous post claimed that he committed fraud by over estimating. This couldn’t be farther from the truth. The vehicle was mine; the hood, window, windshield wiper, side mirror were all damaged. Jesus helped me above and beyond. The repairs were done perfectly and timely. He kept me in the loop. The office staff were also very helpful. I can’t say enough about how such a terrible experience ended with such a wonderful outcome and I have Jesus and Kaizen (Mainline) to thank for that!
