I have been a customer for this business for over 15 years, through two different companies and until today I had an amazing experience....that being said I ordered 4 brand new high end performance tires and called to get an estimated time of delivery so I could plan on having the vehicle at the delivery destination. I was told they had no idea what time they would arrive. I left my mobile number for the driver to call and at least give me a rough estimate on delivery time...no phone call. When I called back to get more information I was told that I was the problem and I was actually holding them up and I shouldn't even be sold tires through this company. I had a business account setup more than 8 years ago and have always paid COD or by credit card by phone. Never has my service been so bad, and never have I been more insulted as a paying customer...it is possible I got in touch with someone having a bad day, but that is no excuse for the lack of professionalism and the lack of compassion for a paying customer....if I pay $900 for a set of tires I think it is only fair to have an expected delivery time frame to arrange for pickup. Horrible service, horrible attitude leads to a horrible experience.
