Had a very strange and disappointing experience here. Dropped my car off for an oil change on a Friday, I called Saturday at 12:30 asking for an update. The man said “oh we’re just looking at it now.” No problem there. Then they didn’t call me— ever. The shop closed until Monday and my car was still on the lift. They didn’t return my calls and I had to miss work to Uber to the shop first thing Monday morning, where they still had not finished working on my car. I don’t mind if you can’t get to my car right away, but 0 communication when you’re keeping my car over the entire weekend is unacceptable. Just odd and unprofessional.

Great shop! Bypass the dealer and head to K & K for service. Their system maintains computerized records, just like the dealer for scheduled service, so no worries about maintaining your warranty! K & K handled an inspection and oil change for one vehicle, and just saved me over $300 (from dealer quote) for a replacement Tail light housing on my old 2015 Sube! NEVER AGAIN will I overpay for service & labor at the dealer!!! Thanks Joe and Fran!!!

The owner is exceptionally honest & friendly, which is the best thing you could hope for in business concerned with safety. They don't do anything without your consent, didn't charge me for changing my air filter, and were super quick. I sat in their comfortable & clean office for maybe 30 minutes and they did an oil change & a full inspection. I've gotta say I've never experienced any mechanic like this, I highly recommend. They're accepting new customers now so get in while you can ^^
