I went into this store on 7/15. The guy who was working at the counter was extremely unhelpful as he refused to give me a part number for a charging cord for a battery jump starter. I understand the parts are discontinued, however he should have been more helpful. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

I ordered online stuff for my car. While I added items to the cart every single item showed available in store pickup in 30 minutes. I placed the order, and after three hours went to the store. The store clerk wasn’t seem to be in a good mood. He pulled the online order information and abruptly said it won’t be available three days from now. When I asked the reason he said two items are not in stock, I said Okay, give me the rest of the order and cancel those two items. He said system won’t let me do that. I said Okay, cancel the order. So he cancelled the entire order. I asked if I can get rest of the items and pay in the store. His response, oh it will cost more. Seriously? My intention was to give my business to local business but not if I have to pay more. These businesses need to understand that their competitors are a lot more economical and even ship the orders for free.

We needed new wipers and washer fluid before a 10 hour road trip on a snowy morning, and the sales rep was incredibly helpful in making sure we were ok. He not only looked up the right parts but also found all the parts we needed, and offered to assist when we were having trouble installing. He really went above and beyond, and helped ensure a safe journey home. We’re forever grateful for his assistance!
