My journey started in May with a simple oil change. Gas to take my car back 3 times. The 3rd time they said the pressure washed the engine because the oil was spilled everywhere. I never stopped smelling the oil so I decided to take it back again on October 25. This time I was told that cooler has worn out and my warranty has expired and it wasn't covered under my extended warranty. I told them I was coming to get my car back. The service tech Jesse Lawhorn told me ma'am it's dangerous to drive the car. I called a mechanic recommended by a friend, he told me to let them top off the oil and come directly to him. After checking the car, he asked where was the last place you had your oil changed. I asked why, he said they cracked your cooler by tightening the nut to hard, it was stripped and that's where the oil was coming from. Around the screws. I am very disappointed in JT's service. I called the Service manager but she was to return my call. Nothing yet and it has been a week. To top it off they charged ne $230.40 for what they did. Pissed in Columbia!

I left a negative review in 2023 when I purchased my Jeep from JT’s of Lexington. In short: I was asked to remove it. My issue was NOT with the Lexington branch, but with the main branch on 3838 Sunset Blvd. Once my review posted about the manager at the main branch, punitive action was taken towards the Lexington sales team and I was contacted… They asked me to remove my post and I addended it. Now, over a year later, I’ve lost rapport with them and I’ve been trying to get the Electronic Serial Number (ESN) for the EVTS that came with my Jeep. For a YEAR I’ve been dealing with hang ups, being placed on hold, talking to parts managers, service managers, and sales representatives. Nice to know that once the sale is made and they know that you are out of state… you’re garbage to them. Stellantis’ business model is make a quick sale. Their customer service is poor. JT’ Autoland of Columbia & all of their sub locations provide some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I am looking forward to the day when I no longer own a Stellantas product. So you know what my original issues during my purchase in 2023, I’ll list them here: I complained to the manager at the main branch that the Lexington sales team didn’t have a running air conditioner, the toilet in the women’s bathroom wasn’t secured to the floor and sewage leaked onto my wife’s shoes. I also mentioned that they had poor working conditions. He then yelled at me and asked me if I had ever ran a business. I was going to walk away from the sale at this point; however, my salesman was very good and he didn’t deserve to loose the sale over the fact that management was inept. In hindsight, I should have purchased a vehicle from GM or Ford. The manager’s attitude and the fact that I cannot receive my ESN is the way Stellantas operates.

Spoke with Brad, Service Manager for the Service Department, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the issue with my Jeep Grand Cherokee. He was polite & professional even though we got there after 5pm. He was able to answer any questions within 5 minutes and put my mind at ease. Highly recommend and I will be returning!

My Service Advisor, Jennifer, was extremely professional and accommodating with my new-to-me Ram 3500 services. She is the epitome of a courteous and awesome Service Advisor, and I appreciate her working with me, my truck, and my extended warranty. The diesel tech was very knowledgeable about everything and I appreciate his attention to detail with my truck. Additionally, the Service Manager assisted with my minor issues to ensure customer satisfaction. High-five to this awesome team in the service department! Thanks!

The service department just saved us money as I had an oil leak and my car was out of oil (unaware that it was completely empty). Come to find out that it was a faulty oil filter. This could have turned out much worse than it was. Thank you guys so much, we truly appreciate it.
