Kayla has become my "go to" when I need service. I have had all of my service done at the Honda of Columia service department over the years and for the past several Kayla was the service advisor for most of it. The most recent example is I received an 'exhaust system' error code. I took it in and Kayla said it could be fuel injectors but that she would reset the light and for me to bring it back in if the light came back on. Well fastforward about a week and a half and ping the light is back on. I set an apppointment and Kayla let me know that it was indeed a fuel injector issue. She also let me know that since I had purchased an extended warranty that I would have to pay $0 for the repair. All I paid for was a 1 day rental and within 24hrs I had my CRV back with 4 brand new fuel injectors.

I was a walk in for a oil change ( first service of new vehicle) with baby. Was never told only 1 express service person working that day. We were there almost 3 hours, with me looking at my finished vehicle for 30 minutes. ( was told paperwork was being finished) before I went looking for my car keys. I'm not the only one who could see their finished vehicle who had to go ask for their vehicle back. Not very respectful of others time.

Got my routine oil change this morning and had a great experience! Jor'juan Hopkins was an excellent service advisor, took care of it quick and easy. Helped check for open recalls for me while I waited. Will be back and ask for Jor'juan!

The staff here was incredibly helpful in getting us into a brand new 2023 CRV. Regis was a vital instrument in our decision to make our purchase. He gave us the information we wanted and helped to explain things we didn't understand. Regis really held our hand throughout the entire process and was a pleasure to speak with. Jimmy I think is who helped us secure our financing and gave us a very fair trade in credit. This guy is beyond amazing and made the paperwork a breeze for us. I heard him on the phone a couple of rooms away really plugging at the banks to get what we needed and sir it was an absolute honor doing business with you. The atmosphere was clean and we were helped immediately upon walking in the door. They had a much larger selection of vehicles with multiple different colors/styles/features to choose from which was great considering the other dealers nearby had no inventory in stock. The unlimited miles and lifetime warranty is what really sold us on the new crv but the additional bonus of getting 42mpg with the hybrid sport was the cherry on top. They unfortunately didn't offer the color we really really had our eye on with the version of the crv we chose but they had other offerings and we were able to find a color we enjoy all the while. I would highly recommend this dealership over the many nearby it. I'm pretty critical in my reviews and usually judge places stern but fair. This place gets a 5 ⭐ from me though.
