Stopped in looking for a screen door part for r 5th wheel, I found my sister some really cute flamingo pj's. We had a problem with the lights in the rv & made an appt to send someone out to look at it. Cody did a great job. He got the lights working like they are supposed to. We'll take our camper to them to fix our slide out when we're finished camping for the season. If you have a problem with your RV & you're near Warsaw, IN, I'd highly recommend you call Joey's RV.

I was charged 730 for a 160 part. I had even offered to buy it and ship it to them next day but they were sure that wouldn’t fit their schedule. I only offered to do it because they didn’t look at the repair until the day after they said it would be ready and we needed the rv for a trip ( which we informed them of). At 150 per hour for labor I’m sure I’ll be looking for someone else to work on it. Thats how they treat a repeat customer.

No one wants to have to have an rv tech come work on your rv but if you have to use one you couldn’t make a better choice than Joey’s. Chris, the tech that came to do work for me originally was just going to install a new stove but before he came an electrical issue arose. I explained the problem before Chris’s arrival and he arrived he had the needed item to get me back to normal. Bernice called me telling me Chris was running 20 minutes late which, I appreciated. Chris has such a calm demeanor, explained things so I could understand and was just an all around knowledgeable super nice guy. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Joey’s again.

I haven't had a chance to get involved with too many service locations for recreational vehicles, but I have to say that this place that I went to was in my estimation. Probably the best experienced so far. They knew what they were doing. I came in for some a diagnostic work on the leveling system. Turns out I was just a little bit low in fluid in about an hour. They had everything figured out and I was on my way. Didn't try to upsell me. Didn't try to do anything else and they have a nice little shop there if to browse through while you're waiting.

We are absolutely thrilled with this place! We had our bunkhouse slide-out quit working and quickly discovered it was not a simple fix. We purchased our camper at RV Dynasty so naturally we took it there first for repair. When we got the quote from RV Dynasty we were shocked at the pricing and decided to call around. Joey's was quick to get our camper in and found that the issue wasn't at all what RV Dynasty said it was and it was less than HALF the cost! Joey's was able to get us fixed up in less than a week! Super friendly staff as well! Highly recommend!

Joey's has been wonderful! We purchased an older fifth wheel at auction and had several issues along the way over the past few years. They are very good at explaining the issues and prices are reasonable.
