Very helpful. I have use this place for radiator repair since they first opened. Even tho they don't do heater cores anymore they were extremely helpful in getting me the correct one. Even threw in a slight discount. Highly recommend them.

I have an Audi S5 that has an oil leak… they had the car for 3 weeks, when I got it back , it’s still leaking oil… … the front of my car is scratched up because it looks like they pulled up to close to a parking curb and scratched the bottom, and now the hood will not stay open on its own like it used to. Not impressed at all. They did change the brakes and we have no issues with those so far. 4000.00 and the oil leak is still not fixed. The mechanic told me all Audis leak, he has 4 of them and they all leak… I should have left right then and there.

Took my car with previous diagnostic, let him know ahead all the test with did , he couldn't figure out the problem either, my husband had told him to run others test , that he didn't even though about it , he just wanting to keep guessing different things , and still changing me $200 for those test , without fixing anything! Ask questions before you drop your🚘 there !

Called about 9 different oil changer places in town. Every shop are 2 - 4 weeks behind on schedule. It’s either no one works in a Mercedes Benz, or everyone are booked. One shop referred me to call Ab & Tom’s. A very kind lady answered my call willingly to help me out on my last minute situation. She spoke with the owner and he is willing to check my car if I needed oil, he will put some in for me to make sure I’ll have a safe trip tomorrow. After I met the owner he checked my oil level & told me I was driving without oil, then he put some oil for me. As I was ready to pay for the oil, the cashier guy Clark said no charge until the next appointment. The owner also confirmed of no charge. I’m speechless by his generosity. Thank you Tom & the kind staff, I really appreciate it! See you on my appointment.
