Can't go wrong there, especially if you leave yourself in Sallys hands ,the first person you will greet there. You tell her what you want and it is relayed to Joe in the most correct manner . Joe Russman is not only an excellent mechanic, but a truly kind human being who goes out of his way to help. One week ago, my car died while traveling across the state, and I was stranded at the Portland rest area. I called several shops, but only Joe had any compassion, saying "if it was me, I would want someone to help." He was just as swamped as everyone else, but he has a heart, so he fit me in. It turned out to be a broken serpentine belt that caused the alternator to stop working. Joe quickly ordered the part, replaced the belt, charged a fair and honest rate, and even offered helpful advice on upcoming maintenance needs for my vehicle. While there, I enjoyed conversation with the lovely lady in the office, and even bought some beef from his cattle ranch, while is situated behind the shop. I recommend Joe as a highly skilled, honest, and caring mechanic. You can't go wrong with this business.

Wow! Joe will take excellent care of your vehicles. He took in our car that had to be towed there as it wouldn't start, and did a very thorough inspection of our car. After it was running again, Joe himself spent close to 25 min with me on the phone explaining everything, going over my options, and provided advice on what should be done now, what optional work we might want to consider, as well as a plan for future work at a later date if we chose to do so. We will only trust our vehicles to Joe from now on, and have shared with our family that they need to take their vehicles there! Thanks Joe and crew!

My transmission started leaking on the expressway so I pulled off in Portland. Joe's shop was the nearest so I limped my truck to him. We had hoped for an easy fix to get me back on the road but the transmission ended up needing to come out for a more major fix. Being from out of town and not many options I trusted the job to Joe and staff and left the truck for a couple of days. Due to my work schedule and a two hour drive to pick it up, he gave me the option to come get it on a Saturday morning even though the shop was closed. I am very pleased with results and felt the price was fair. You always hear stories of a shop that will take advantage of a traveller that has no other options, but that was definitely not the case here with Joe. While waiting nearly three hours for my ride to pick me up, I chatted several times with Joe and also Sally the office manager. They are definitely some of the nicest people you'll ever meet and I highly recommend Joe and the work they do. It is a little off the beaten path, but as busy as he is with customers I'd say that really shows how good of a shop it is.

i had a blowout on my horse trailer and no spare while traveling on 96. I bought the trailer used and had no idea how old the tires were. We just googled and Joes Auto Shop showed up with 5 stars,after meeting Joe I could easily see how and why he had gotten them! Joe is a sweetheart, knowledgeable and just a honest man, which are hard to find these days! Joe got right on the phone and got me 4 new tires and rim for a spare! He made sure we were comfortable while we had to wait giving us something cold to drink! He got me back on the road felling a lot safer with 4 new tires and a spare ! I would highly recommend him!!!
