I want to start by saying that when Nick did my oil changes I had no issues, he is friendly, knowledgeable and honest. That being said I do not trust anyone else that works there! This last oil change I had the FILTER WAS ON UPSIDE DOWN AND NO RUBBER SEAL ON THE HOUSING!!!! I drove around for 2 months like that before my car started making terrible noises and the oil light came on, took it to the nearest oil change place, not the Portland location, and they were appalled to find the filter upside down, no rubber seal, and things barely held together due to it being put together upside down! I ran my car to only 1/4 quart of oil. I am a good customer too- whatever they recommend/ is due I replace. I have spent hundreds, actually probably thousands, of dollars there, had differential and trans fluids replaced and everything. This business is loosing a good customer with me. This is a 2018 Buick that I still owe $10,000 on that is now probably messed up from running with no oil because of this place. I am speaking with a mechanic on if this place could have caused damage and what my next step should be. NEVER AGAIN. The oil change I had before this botched one did not go off unhitched either. The dude told me to start up my car and it made a terrible noise and lunge. He immediately had me turn it off and went and had forgotten to put the filter on before having me start it. Like how hard is an oil change? Guess I’m learning to do it myself, because these “professionals” are incompetent. And Nick, you are too good for this place. Leave before they take you down with them.

Great little shop! Had friendly techs that were very knowledgeable. Stopped by on our way up north as my low oil light came on and they gladly got my oil level to where it should be, checked for leaks, aired up my tires and topped off my washer fluid. Life savers at a good price.

I’ve been here three times to get my oil changed, two of those three times I have had issues. I tried to call them yesterday and today to talk to someone about my most recent oil change (we noticed a leak) and no one answers the phone. Disappointing service to say the least. Edited. Went there with the car, they determined it was a bad seal on the oil filter. Still unlikely to return to this business.

Asked for a standard oil change. They said OK. Came back with a $118 bill for my 2020 gas silverado. They said the full synthetic only comes with the full service package. I watched them. He topped of my washer fluid and checked my head lights and turn signals. No other fluids were checked, air filter and cabin filter was not checked, tires were not reset to 35 psi. Wiper blades were not checked, oil light was not reset, fuel filter was not checked. Upon asking about the additional services she said she could check them for me, at this point I told them not to bother if they only do it when they are called out on it. Don't waste your money here.
