Great customer service and a beautiful repair. I am so happy I chose Joe Hudson’s. My car was pummeled by tree branches and dents and scratches were literally everywhere. It was awful. My car looks awesome now! (Pics attached). In addition to the skilled repair and craftsmanship, Joe Hudson’s customer service is outstanding. Our in person and phone conversations were always pleasant and I was sent text updates throughout the entire repair process. What a phenomenal shop—great people, great work, and great communication.

Let me tell you something! I went to four different locations, and no one could help me remove the rusted screws from my license plate. Everyone turned me away after a failed attempt with pliers. One dealership even quoted me $176—INSANE! But my final stop at Joe Hudson’s Collision Center was a saving grace. They were extremely polite and helpful. They removed one screw with pliers, and when the second screw broke off, they were able to drill it out. Thank you so much—you are my heroes! This is the place to go to handle all your auto needs. 10 stars!

I wish I could give zero stars. Finally got my car back after another two weeks and some days. Beyond thankful the part has been put on & car is painted to match the rest of the car. Couldn’t imagine dealing with this company any longer. I sent my parents to pick up my car. My parents said they were extremely rude. Weren’t greeted. The woman handed my parents the keys without even looking at them and said it’s outside. Didn’t take my parents to look at the car or anything. Updating rating**** it’s been over a month since I’ve picked up my car. Was told they were missing a part for the left side that just pops on. Said they would call when it came in and finish painting my car. I currently hate looking at it… two different colors and missing part… looks like I didn’t just pay to have it fixed. Honestly how long does it take to get this part when the right side is on my car… it’s the exact same part just the other side… forget to order?!?! Anyways… can’t even call to update me!?

I have no idea how this place has so many good reviews but I would never recommend this place not even to my worst enemy! Wish I could give it zero stars and leave a review. So our car got taken here after an accident on 3/12/25. The car received damage to the right passenger door and the front passenger tire. We chose this place because our car had been repaired here before small repair though and it was good. This time more damage and not good service at all. After almost 2 months we still don’t have our car back and will have to wait longer due to their mistake. They have never called me this whole time with an update for our car. So I’ve been the one calling. Every time I call I get a different answer from them about the status of my car. First time I called for a check up on it they said all parts were received and work had been started. Yes there was about 2 weeks in between calls so no wasn’t calling everyday. Next call they said oh the door part Honda sent was defective we had to order another one ok fine. Now another call went in and this time they said oh we found something wrong with another tire and had to order a part should be here today ok fine. Now we’re into the next week on Friday with no update since that part was ordered so I called that morning. Lady told me oh it’s finished and getting ready for clean up and then final inspection, if all goes well with the inspection I’ll call you back later for pick up. Waited until 4:45 and still heard nothing so I decided to call since they close at 5 and it’s a Friday. Guy on the phone tells me during final inspection codes were popping up and all the techs had gone home so it wouldn’t be checked until Monday. Monday comes and no call. Tuesday came and I decided to call guy tells me they’re still waiting on the door panel I was like excuse me what. Mind you they have already told me my car was all done just needed inspection. He told me he would check what’s going on and call me back. Get a phone call back and now they’re telling me they need to repaint it because they got fingerprints under the clear coat and also the panel has yet to come in. When I asked ok what about the codes the guy said were popping up Friday. Oh there’s no codes we just need to repaint it because of the finger prints and the door panel. So I got lied to about the codes and lied to about it being done with all parts in and on it. I’m sorry but once you lie to cover your own asses looks like your customers aren’t your #1 priority anymore. Save yourself the trouble and go some where else

They definitely took care of me and my car! They had great communication throughout the process. They had great customer service and actually finished my car before it was projected to be ready. They cleaned it all up and it looks amazing!
