Great experience! Every member of the team I interacted with was pleasant. Information provided was comprehensive and timely, and the repair was completed earlier than planned. They even washed the car before returning it (and it needed it)! Highly recommend!

This autor body repair shop did great work in a timely manner. They gave me several text updates and Courtney was very good at giving me info when I called. They went above and beyond by washing and vacuuming my car which was a nice surprise.

They did an estimate on my truck about one week ago, after I hit a deer. They gave me a price to fix it, and told me to make an appointment. I called today and they said they would NOT do the repair because it had been repaired before . The Estimator did not say one word about any problems with fixing it, nor did he call me in a week's time to let me know. And I tried calling them back during business hours to get details of why they refuse to fix my truck after it collided with a deer at 60 mph, and they would not answer the phone ( I used two different phones). So there was no communication about the fact that they refuse to fix my truck, in a week's time, and I have no Earthly idea about the details of this because they never explained it. Also, both times I went there with pre-planned appointments, they had no idea I was coming. I highly recommend avoiding this company.

I needed to use Joe Hudson's Collision Center due to being hit by another drive. They made the experience as hassle free as the situation can be. JHCC has great communication and my vehicle was ready when they had said it would be. The final result was seamless and I would recommend them to anyone that needs this service.

I brought my car in for insurance-covered repairs and asked—three times—for a small additional dent above the driver’s-side front wheel well to be fixed at the same time. Every time, I was told:“We’ll take care of it, and if there’s any additional cost, we’ll let you know.” I confirmed it at the estimate. I confirmed it again by phone. I confirmed it again at drop-off. When I picked up the car, the dent hadn’t been touched. When I asked about it, the shop manager came out hostile and defensive, accused me of trying to get “free work.” Let’s be clear: This was a small dent that needed a little bondo and paint. Nothing complicated. The reason I asked for it to be handled during the original repair was because my insurance was covering a rental car. But once they marked the job “complete,” I had to return the rental. This wasn’t a miscommunication. They had clear notes in their computer system. There were multiple discussions about the dent before the work started. I was polite, clear, and thorough. What I got was bad communication, zero accountability, and a manager yelling at me in the parking lot. Absolutely unacceptable. Avoid this location.
