I'm really glad to have found Fletcher Car Care. I recently bought an older truck that needed some repairs in order to drive it. I took it to the mechanics at another location, and was told that it wasn't worth repairing and couldn't even get a quote. I then took the truck to FCC and Jason was very responsive and helpful. He took the time to evaluate the truck and identify the major issues that needed repair. He provided me a reasonable quote, which helped me decide to keep the truck. They were able to make the repairs and now I'm able to use the truck as intended. Jason, Jenn and everyone there are very professional and courteous. I plan to return there for all my future car maintenance needs.

As a young woman who doesn’t know much about cars it can feel daunting to try and find a car shop that is going to be nice, fair, friendly, and reliable. FCC is all those things and more! First time I used FCC I thought I was going to have to replace my spark plugs because of the computor code. I have a 8 cyl. Hemi and that means 16 plugs plus the labor to get to them. They pinpointed the problem to be two sensors that control firing of the plugs and it was considerable less. Pretty much the same the second time. Thanks, FCC

Very happy with the friendly, informative and skilled staff at Fletcher Automotive. It was obvious that everyone was sincerely interested in giving their best service. It was also a wonderful option to be able make an appointment to have the truck repair evaluated and fixed without having to drop it off and wait later to hear the suggestions for repairs and have to make another appointment. We are happily switching our auto repairs to them.

I took my car on for an oil change and state inspection. While the mechanic was working on my car, I was taken back and shown the wear on my tires and the need for new ones as well as some concern about a possible leak or old rubber hose (2007 car). I very much appreciated being shown things of concern and not just hearing about them. I had confidence in the mechanic, who took time to show me and explain his concerns. The front desk people were very knowledgeable and friendly and seemed very intent on providing excellent customer service. I highly recommend Fletcher Automotive.

Had my GMC Acadia in for routine maintenance and because the vehicle had vibrations that were very rough over 60 mph. Fletcher Automotive did a great job....my vehicle is back to smooth sailing. They have a nice waiting if you choose to wait on your service.
